There are 5 heat levels: about 113°F, 122°F, 131°F, 140°F and 149°F. The screen shows °C. Start on the lowest level and go up slowly.
Can I wear it on my skin?
Wear it over a thin layer, like a T-shirt. Check your skin often. Stop if it gets red or sore.
How long does the battery last?
It depends on the heat level you use. It charges with USB-C.
Why does it turn off after 30 minutes?
It's a safety timer. Press once to start it again.
Can I sleep with it on?
No. Please don't use it while you sleep.
Can I turn the massage off?
Yes. You can use heat only, or massage only.
Will people see it under my clothes?
It's slim. Under a hoodie or a loose top, most people won't notice. A tight top may show it.
Can I use it on my back?
Yes. Wear it on your belly, your lower back or your thighs.
Is it good for teens?
A parent should help a teen start on the lowest level. It's not for young children.
Can I wash it?
Don't put it in water. Wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth.
