Try it for 100 days

You have 100 days from the day your order arrives to decide if Nuzzy is right for you. Use it for three periods. If it's not for you, send it back and we'll refund you. It's fine if you've used it.

How to start a return

Send us a message through our contact page with your order number. We'll reply within 1 business day with your return address and simple steps.

What to send back

Send back the belt and its cable. If your order came with a free gift, please send the gift back too.

Your refund

Once your return arrives, we refund the full price of the returned items to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or not working?

If your belt arrives damaged or stops working, contact us. We'll send you a new one or refund you.
